I was told that I would be warned before I was going to charged £99 for the year, yet I wasn’t. TBH I’m not sure how essential this app is 😣

Jumbo did an excellent job with my Facebook account and the tracker blocking was above and beyond what I expected. Thank you jumbo team your work won’t be forgotten. The VPN is already missed and not to mention all the scans and other activity that was being performed and executed that I wasn’t aware of. Thank you again you guys did an outstanding job for me. Hopefully I can use your service in the near future again.

I cancelled the app because it caused my IPhone to erratically do weird things. Sorry I cannot give any details. Recently, When I changed from IPhone 7plus to a 12. The TMobile tech said the Jumbo app was causing problems. The Jumbo support was very good. No problems in cancelling. Answered in a timely fashion. I am just not savvy enough to use the app without problems.
