The customer service I received was outstanding! I was confused about something being deleted. It was some very important messages I could not afford to be without.When I questioned this I’m sure in a state of panic I was assured immediately nothing whatsoever had or would ever be deleted from any site without my approval or knowledge. It’s wonderful to actually get caring service from a human being that is sincerely concerned to talk with instead of one of these chat bot things out here these day! 100% Satisfied Customer Here! 👍🏻

I contacted support after being billed for a yearly subscription where I meant to subscribe monthly. Through the easy to use help page in-app, I received quick, efficient, and excellent service from the jumbo team, who completely understood my issue and made every effort to help rectify it. The help was friendly, personal, and showed real commitment to me as a customer, and before the end of the day my issue had been resolved. I should wish every customer service team to be like that I saw at Jumbo.
