So far I have been more than satisfied with the services I have received from JR language . They've answered my emails on very short period of time and went beyond my expectations. I've worked with Yuisa GONZALES a Sr. Project Manager who has been very professional and she worked on my documents on a record time. A real" speedy Gonzales" . when JR provides a deadline you can be assure that you will get your translation on that specific time if all services in the world could be like JR language I am sure we would be in Heaven. Bad company - bad translation. Yes, turn around was quick, but I could not believe how close it was to google translate. Ran my translation by native speakers who said how awkward and poorly constructed it was. Tried to get in touch with the company to discuss the issue and potential refund and they refused to listen. You can find a better translation company for half the price. Not shy about using the word "scam" here. Proceed at your own risk!

We needed an official and certified translation during a short stay in the USA. The original was delivered by post to Cabo san Lucas, Mexico, but did not arrive for 12 days. Uncomplicated JP Language Translation did another shipment with FedEx for me, that worked out fine. It goes without saying that the translation and the service were perfect, they are specialists! Good work!
