Communication was excellent and they took the time to understand our project, providing the services we needed.

Called in to get a Power of Attorney document that I received from a law firm in Spain reviewed to ensure that the Spanish translation that's on the document is accurate. The lady that answered the phone said that they don't do that. I asked why and she curtly said that they only do documents that are in English. Totally nonsensical, if they are certified Spanish translators then they should be able to translate the English portion of the document into Spanish. Not sure why not, but she should've offered that.

We contacted JR language to translate a document going to Europe. They received the document, quoted us a price which was very reasonable and had our document back to us for review within a few days via email. Everything was point on and done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend. Thank you JR Language!
