They worked rapidly, and their translation work was great. We have used them twice But my rating comes from the way they handled a mistake on their part. Because they had mistakenly identified our Danish translation as Dutch, I called the service, which immediately agreed to correct the mistake and resend overseas all documents at their expense--and did all this with a matter of hours. During all this we were able to get the same person on the phone, who was always positive when dealing with us.

Very fast, helpful, made the effort to get a rush translation to me despite a snowstorm in New York.
