Honestly i have banked with JPMORGAN Chase for years & i absolutely love banking with them! There are "some" local banks i WILL NOT go to only because the folks they have working there are beyond rude & act as if you are beneath them.. My husband & myself do however go to 1 branch that we love!! They treat you with respect,make you feel like family & are more than happy to help you! BIGGEST COMPLIANT!! ➡PLEASE PLEASE BRING BACK THE TEXTING!!! its so helpful being able to text Bal/Hist ...& get instant conformation about your account! I HATE HAVING TO SIGN INTO THE APP!!! other than that...THK. YOU

This is a very good financial institution, I love chase, and it’s trusted and capable very good and reliable.

Simple application process and great credit line for my credit score. I had the prime rewards card and opened a chase checking account because the website was straightforward and simple to use and chase offered a bonus of $225.00. All banks charge fees you just need to read the fine print. Overall I've closed my prime rewards account with no problems and will close my checking account as soon as my direct deposit is transferred as for the bonus offered I did not receive because of a required promo code. Typical problem if you don't read the fine print.Customer support was also much more accessible than my other credit cards.

I use them as my new bank and I moved my pay check and all my $ go into that account. The service is good an branches are near to my home.

So far so, good. I feel safe financially, I feel they have my back when I had reported a fraudulent activity. I like their customer service people, their easy to navigate online on my account also. However, it's no fair the amount of interest they pay for your money on savings. But I understand there is a system and banks are here to make money, not to give it away and WE need them. It's a system where government and banks become one together and WE THE PEOPLE have no other options.

This company was actually helpful to me for the first couple weeks within being with them. They were responsive, attentive, and actually kept in contact with me. Lately they haven't been answering my emails and they've completely ghosted me lol. Not sure what's going on.

You are very good until they stay a client but you throw them very fast just please keep your clients thank you

Everything started off fine for the first 6 or so months, then the fees started rolling in. First I got hit with a $34 overdraft charge while my account was well above zero, turned out to be a “rare system error” that “shouldn’t happen again”, but they apparently can’t reverse the accidental charge because the system won’t let them. (I call bull[crap] on that one) Next came the 100$ fee that they somehow can’t tell me what it is. Followed by a 20$ processing fee for a purchase I made at a Canadian retailer. And the list goes on. Mind you, none of these fees are reversable according to their support people. The agents were nice but firm about it. Somehow their supervisor was always out of the office or unavailable. Their credit cards are, to be frank, lackluster. Nothing special, just your run-of-the-mill credit card. Savings accounts are unusually confusing. Pros - (Mostly) Freindly support - Nice interface with few bugs - Monthly fees are easily avoidable as long as your not broke as f(udge) Cons - Excessive hold times on the phone (2-3 hours on average) - Weak security - Debit card PIN can only be 4 digits—should be able to set 6+ digit PINs - Below average credit cards - No customizeable debit card designs - Beware the hidden fees 6/10 – If you have a choice, go somewhere else. If not, you’ll survive
