This is a sad company. No C.s. reps... Absolutely none that fluently speak English, and it's 1/2a scam. They sell broken defaulty items at a high price and offer no way to actually get it replaced, when upon arriving to prisoner broke!!! They take people's money having the family from to reach out to those incarcerated and that's it!! No customer service, no fixing issues that is their companies fault, no replacing broken or defective items they just keep taking and people keep giving hoping to do anything to make their incarcerated one feel love happiness,or just smile. Don't waste your money this company cares not &why should they when they keep taking in profit without having to claim responsibility for anything because they keep taking in money!!!

This app is horrible. I have tried several times with different emails and passwords with problems all green lights lit up saying that I every character is was 100% good to be accepted but still wasn't processing.

This company is HORRIBLE. They are not a company they are SCAM ARTIST. Their system NEVER works they way it should but they have NO problems taking your money. I had a video visit with my husband (which I PAY FOR) did the system check everything was fine on my end and passed. Go to start the visit and he can't see or hear me. I got out of it and try to get back in (which is what the system tells you to do) and the link for the visit is gone. I've emailed these SCAM artists several times NO ONE emails you back. I've had to call a bunch of times because I couldn't send money and NOT ONE PERSON WAS HELPFUL. No I lie one person said to go to Walmart and send a money gram which by the way is WAY cheaper then using them. It is so wrong on so many levels that this "company" is responsible for you being able to keep in touch with your loved one. They mess with the inmates emotions when they get excited to see there family and they take that away from them. I will be posting a bad review on every website I possible can find so other people don't have to feel the way my husband and myself feel right now.

Can't even talk to a rep. Calling for my brother as inmates forced to upgrade tablets and JPay does not have the software to support said tablet in Madison Ohio facility. He has 10 tickets in system with no solutions. Will contact feds to get some solutions They have no one to speak for them. I feel this is a federal crime as they are based in Florida

Horrible! I don’t like posting bad reviews online but wow! Jpay, plus securus, all of these apps for the incarcerated inmates are so bad! I put $20 on my loved ones account, which was like $23.50 plus the extra fee, well jpay took a transaction of $23.50 (3 times) out of my bank account!!! I called them and they can’t offer a refund even if it was their mistake! Wow cannot believe this! So disappointed, cant believe how much they take advantage of families ! No refunds! Wow

Both the website and the App are absolutely terrible. JPay seem to run repeated technology updates and each time, the web-based platform and the App get less and less user-friendly. The App rarely works, the web-based platform is highly un-reliable; frequently not allowing you to log-on and failing to load. Currently, an update has caused typed e-mails to convert to Java Script, causing e-mails to be filled with symbols etc. I have reported to JPay several times, they advise that they are looking into it, and over a week later, this has still not be corrected. The Customer Services Team, if you do manage to reach them, are apathetic and simply do not care about helping. I cannot believe that JPay are still monopolising this sector. They should move over and allow more ethical and customer-focused organisations have a go.

Jpay had feasible services... Since the pandemic they have turned into the biggest scammers... They take your money for services they don't allow... Customer service can never get you a supervisor or manager... They are some of the rudess people... Contact FCC and Consumer Affairs in your state... The more phone calls and complaints something will be done....

I don’t like when the jpay app malfunction. Calling into customer service is the worst experience every time I call in. The reps hang up on you once they hear your issue or send you back to the automated menu. I’m one hold for 30 mins and get sent back in the que because a rep doesn’t want to work.
