The doll arrived a month later but satisfied overall. 💯🔥
JLD Dolls... The doll arrived about a month later, which is actually not too shabby! It came exactly as I had ordered, and let me tell you, it looks absolutely spot-on, just like the picture on the website. Every little detail is just perfect! A little on the heavy side though. Your not going to be wanting to moving it all over the place. Nice Doll overall.

First time buyer
First time buyer, I gotta say I was very satisfied with this store. I have had sketchy experiences with other stores. The rapid response and provided customer service made me feel more secure about my purchase.

Was to be an Ace Hardware trusted site…
Was to be an Ace Hardware trusted site and I got the lude and crude sex doll site and they are a no good company, they are scammers!!!!!!! I would not give them any stars at all but you have to in order to get to write a review. The worst company, not trustworthy, not who they say they are and make up excuses of your order that was to be Ace Hardware!!!!!!!

Hi there, thank you for taking time to give us feedback on your purchase. We greatly appreciate hearing from you. We are sorry to hear you are not happy with your purchase. We tried to reach you via email to assist with this. After checking with our supplier they advised that the vibration is with the included bullet once batteries are installed and inserted into the body cavity. Please check and let us know if this feedback from the supplier helps at all. Thank you again for your feedback.

Got what I was promised
Got to say, I was definitely a little nervous making my first ever doll purchase. I found the JLD site easy to use and appreciated the FAQ section which covered most of my concerns going into a fairly significant purchase. Everything arrived as I had ordered it and within the time frame specified. Shipping was fast and everything arrived undamaged. My question to customer support was answered quickly. Very satisfied with my experience. I would gladly use JLD again in the future.

I didn’t receive the full body
I didn’t receive the full body. It is missing a head! So I am not super thrilled! I hope that I get one soon.

Hi there Joshua, thank you for the feedback. We greatly appreciate hearing from you. The head is still on the way. The factory also sent you an update about the head being in a second package, maybe the email update landed in your spam folder. You will definitely receive a second package with the head for your doll. The tracking information for the second package is is follows: 1ZB600R56723049663 UPS and when you do we hope to receive your updated review. Thank you again for your review.
