Thank you, Maurice, for providing feedback. We appreciate your review of Jounce, although we were disappointed to see that you rated it a 4 instead of a 5. Currently, Jounce offers the ability to create ebooks using the document editor and various long-form content templates such as Blog posts, among others. We are constantly working to improve our platform, and we plan to add more options in the near future. However, it is important to note that Jounce is focused exclusively on marketing content and does not support traditional book formats. We understand that this may not meet everyone's needs, but we hope that you can consider revising your review, given the effort our team has put in to provide this service for free. Thank you again for your feedback, Maurice.

Hi Jeffrey, thank you for the feedback. We were sad to see your three star review. For medium and long-form content, most of our users are actually using it for this successfully for the templates made for it. Please do share which templates you were using and what AI marketing copy you are comparing it to. For SOW and terms, we don't currently have any templates for this. Can you please share which templates and prompts you were using via email as your review is one of the worst we've received in beta out of nearly 200 in the first month. We'd like to get to the bottom of it. Thank you.
