I am new to this tool and AI
I am new to this tool and AI. I think the templates you have offer many different avenues to explore. I felt my current explorations with your general comment section were helpful. I look forward to considering utilizing your other resources for many scenarios. UPDATE: I will gladly give five stars for the cost and benefit in alignment with my current understanding of how best to use AI.

I like the platform
I like the platform; I would like to see more templates that are more business-related - something we can use for our reports. Also, I have not been able to access the document section - when clicked, it shows a blank white screen. I saved some results on the web version, and when I downloaded the desktop app, none of the saved work was there - I only see it in the web version - I prefer to use the desktop app so that I will save things there, but if the options to use both - maybe it should save it to both. overall - great product

Hi Lewis, based on your review it sounds like you have used two different login methods. You might have signed up with one authentication option like Google and then used another like Facebook. This is the only current knowledge we have on why you would have a blank screen in one place. Please email us so we can provide support and resolve your issue in hopes that you consider revise your review based ont he current cost to value Jounce provides.

Jounce is the perfect tool
Jounce is the perfect tool. As a Project Manager it had been essential in upping productivity and cutting time writing the same email over and over. Jounce is there to save the day when my brain has had enough.

Thank you for the review, Kristen! We're happy to hear you believe Jounce is a perfect tool. We were bummed to see only a 4/5 star rating though and would love for you to email us to let us know why so we can work towards getting a revision to a 5 star. Thanks again!

Very nice app
Great experience overall. Being still in Beta, obviously there are still some points to improve.
Response from JounceMar 2, 2023
Thank you for the review Cimi. We were bummed to see your 4 star review based on the cost to value of the beta access. Can you please email us your feedback so we can work our way to a 5 star review. Cheers!
