Hi Suz, I think you might have the wrong service as Jounce currently has no pricing and is free. If you are talking about Jounce, then we are incredibly bummed to see you chose to give us the worst rating possible without reaching out to provide more information on what you mean by lacking personality and seeming fake. Which templates did you use and what was your input. We've love to have you reconsider your review as this is the worse one we've received out of nearly 250.
