Hi Alexios, thank you for your feedback. We were incredibly bummed to see you left this damaging public review of only 3 stars. Our content is known as one of the best in the industry. Can you please email us with more details on what template and prompt you used so we can figure out why your results were lower. Once we can figure this out, we'd love for you to reconsider revising your review based on the current cost to value that we provide. Thanks, Alexios.

This isn't true at all. We have a big cancel button that anyone can access on the /billing page in your account settings. Additionally, we have some of the highest AI content output in the industry that can be confirmed by the majority of reviews here.

Hi Georgi, Thank you for your support! We were bummed out to see your public review of only 4 out of 5 stars despite feeling Jounce is super cool and helpful! :) We are releasing an advanced Tone of Voice function very soon. We hope you reconsider revising your review to reflect the current cost to value we provide. Please email us to let us know what we can do to help. Thank you!
