Trash scam company. Even looked at adding these to my clinics, but condescending and rude staff! Completely dishonest and unhelpful. Jordan in particular flat out said he was unwilling to help even though it was in his power to do so. I have the emails to prove it! (on top of that, you would think when buying for clinics they would say hey we have a new model coming out. But no they let you purchase then two weeks later release another one. Companies that care especially B2B would tell you. Further not require you to pay for the shipping back.) Jordan and Joovv are awful examples of companies in health preying on those that seek to improve their health. Do yourself a favor and buy anywhere but here.

I have never had a poorer experience with customer service. My package was running late and I needed assistance tracking it down and figuring out the issue. Not only did they offer no assistance other than repeating canned responses and linking the tracking number I already had, they outright refused to call the tracking company and left that up to me. Their products are not inexpensive. I don’t even have the product yet, but for the cost paid I expect a minimum of due diligence, root cause analysis and general problem solving. In addition to that, they are rude and condescending. I asked to see their shipping terms and conditions, but they would not provide (if would be helpful to know if they are FOB Destination). Buyer beware - if you ever have a single issue with their products, you will not be supported by their customer service... far from it, you will be treated disrespectfully. You will have to jump through hoops to invoke strenuous warranty requirements. Their lack of customer service completely invalidates the product for me. I would recommend staying far, far away from this company as their are much less expensive options out there who actually care about their customers.

Not worth it. They’re a super dishonest money hungry company and I regret spending over 1k on a rebranded LED light that was made in China.

Well I wish I would’ve read all these reviews before I purchased because they’re all correct their customer service sucks it’s unbelievable to have a product that is that expensive and they really don’t care about their customers so I just received mine. My problem wasn’t that big of a deal I ordered the quad when it got here one of the boxes look like you’ve been through a war, one spot where the fork truck had smash down the top of the box was cracked and busted all over so I sent them a letter and pictures and their reply was doesn’t look like the light has any damage. I wrote back and said the lights still in the box this is the box you’re looking at and my point with this being is that I am worried that with all the tumbling and the dropping and the different things that went on on the outside of this box with a lighting system on the inside, it may cause it to have malfunctions and I would like to have it replaced at this point it’s been two days I have not received anything back. I will probably be returning all four lights for A full refund. Very disappointed

Over the last few years I have purchased 2 Joovv products- 1 Joovv Light - Max / Combo for $2,695.00, and a Joovv Red Light Mini. Very shortly after purchasing my first Joovv product, the Mini, the on/off switch broke. Being that this product is supposed to last a lifetime, and with a price that matches, one would think that such integral parts would not break so easily. I treat my Joovv products like they are made of glass by the way, so this was through no fault of my own. The part literally fell off as I turned the switch on one day. When I contacted Joovv, they said they would not pay to have it shipped back, but they would repair it since it was under warranty. So I paid the expensive shipping fee to have the cheap part repaired. Then, in February 2020, as I was turning on my large combo unit to use, the on/off switch broke! I was surprised, because this was the very same part that broke on my other unit! Joovv would not speak to me over the phone, and sent me a few copy and paste emails saying they could do nothing for me since my lifetime "Legacy" Joovv product was not under warranty. So, if I want it fixed now, I have to pay to have this huge 100 lb machine shipped to California in order to get a cheap $2 part fixed. One would think Emily, "Quality Control" manager, would understand my frustration with the situation: purchasing 2 very expensive products that are supposed to last a lifetime, and having the same cheap part on BOTH products break through no misuse on my part. Since I can't get this part anywhere else, and I am not going to pay to have it repaired by the company that should be repairing it gratis in the first place, my $2,596.00 machine will now be one of the things that goes into the garage never to be used again. What a waste of money. At this point I can see that Melissa and Scott, co-founders of Joovv, do not stand by their products. I am very disappointed in their poor customer service, but more importantly, their clear lack of integrity. Unfortunately, like so many companies in the Beauty industry, Joovv is more interested in profits than "health" or its own integrity as a business. As a side note... When the on/off switch broke off in feb 2020 rendering my Red Light unit unusable, I got a $29/month UV-free tanning salon membership. The difference in my skin was night and day in terms of the effect the salon's Red Light Therapy machine had on my skin as opposed to my Joov at-home unit. I have now come to believe that Joovv operates, essentially, like many scam businesses by manufacturing cheaply made products and selling them at exorbitant prices.

Awful customer support (Jane). The quality of the products is ok, but after you put your credit card details on their website expect NO HELP WHATSOEVER WITH WHATEVER PROBLEM THAT MAY ARISE. They have a fine print to exclude their responsibility from everything and anything and they are not accommodating at all. After 8 back and forts emails with "Jane", you gain nothing and lost tons of time. After all our exchanges I asked where I could rate the products and their customer service. Her reply was : "You might want to watch for a post purchase email for an opportunity to leave a customer review. All the best, Jane." It's 2020. You simply cannot afford to ignore your customers anymore. I was a big fan, now I am not.

I bought the joov mini and joov go. They both did not last a year before they broke. Customer service sucks!! They had a condescending attitude and we’re extremely rude!!! Don’t buy this piece of crap. Don’t waste your money on any of their products and look elsewhere! Unless you want junk? High cost for products that don’t work and last a decent amount of time!!!! Never again do I want to deal with this company!!!!
