Struggling with the slowness of the product. Struggling with the reduction of styles and increased price point. There has been very modest support in the last 4 years at best and it doesn't inspire us to "get after it" for the brand. Still believe in the quality of the product. Still believe in the workforce. Just not as excited as I should be about the brand.

Much improved from last year. Trunk shows have had great turn around time this year!

I can’t say how disappointed I am with Jon Hart over the past few years. I keep thinking it will get better but it only gets worse. The customer service department is horrible. Phones are never answered and emails are never acknowledged or answered. The accounting department is the same. The changes in “retail” levels are ridiculous especially for stores who have been with you for 12+ years. The production time over the last year has been awful & now you have eliminated best selling colors for 3/4 of the year. I’m so very disappointed by your brand.
