I got the weekender as a gift and after one use the bag broke. Even though they were willing to fix it it cost me over $50 in shipping cost that the company should have payed for. For a bag that is $300 should not break after one use.

My sister has not received package. Y’all say it was left on her front door, there was nothing there for her. Investigation in process as per Jon Hart. I’m very disappointed. Not sure what has happened.

I was unable to get the website to monogram my daughters backpack.

Shipping is wonderful now, but too many changes in colors, daily specials, etc. is very frustrating. I don’t feel I can sell to a customer without going to a computer to check what’s available and if there is a special that day. I also wish you would allow retailers to be the source for Jon Hart. Online is hurting us and we take selling and knowing your product.

Absolutely delightful designs at reasonable prices. I need, however, to return one piece & am not finding the process to be user-friendly.

Easy to order, pricy, slow on delivery- waiting over a week now

Struggling with the slowness of the product. Struggling with the reduction of styles and increased price point. There has been very modest support in the last 4 years at best and it doesn't inspire us to "get after it" for the brand. Still believe in the quality of the product. Still believe in the workforce. Just not as excited as I should be about the brand.
