late to ship - Then I read your reply - now I have bad communication complaint - I spoke to your office yesterday in San Antonio stating that I would pick it up in person and to NOT ship it because it was delayed too long.

Mr. Reaser- We apologize for the wait. As stated on our website, most orders ship within 5 business days as yours did. Many items, like yours, are handmade-to-order and it takes a few days to cut, sew, personalize and ship during peak seasons. Our customer service representative did attempt to change your order to pick-up without knowing that it was already being shipped. According to UPS tracking, you will receive the item today.
