Great product!

This is my second request for a review and I haven’t even gotten my items yet. I have been a Jon Hart customer for 25 years, hence a high rating. I recently purchased a new make-up case and Grande. It was processed and delivered quickly (4 days) but my monogram was done incorrectly. I shipped it back, at their expense, but took a week to get there, then another week to fix my order. I had to ask them to hold my items because I am going on vacation (and sadly can’t use my items) and don’t want it sitting outside for 5 days. So that will make a month that I don’t have my items. Customer service was prompt and nice, but the corporate policy on shipping times could be better. They could have issued me an expedited return shipping label or back to me once my items were ready, especially since the error was on their end, not mine. It has been a few years since I have ordered from Jon Hart and I hope the quality has remained the same. ** My items have arrived (before my trip) and they look fabulous! Thank you!
