Good quality product and great customer service!

the Joe Duffie bag looked great: however, the branded initials on the leather should have been ETCHED DARKER. . . at least as dark as the JON HART Logo on the same bag.

I have just received our opening order. The customer service at this company is top notch,from answering questions to changing a shipping address while the package was in transit. Everyone I have dealt with from my sales rep and customer service employees are friendly, courteous, eager to help and Intelligent, they know there products. I ordered the Makeup Case for myself and I love it! It is large enough for me to keep some of my toiletries and all of my makeup in. It is very high quality and lasts through me being tough on it. Jon Hart makes great products and delivers exactly what you see in the picture and on time.

The product I received was high quality and the ordering process was simple. However, right after I ordered my product I realized I had used the wrong address. Even though my product hadn't started the shipping process I couldn’t change the address online. Although, after calling customer service I was able to easily change my shipping address. But, there was no confirmation email or a change of address on the job hart website.
