I've been ordering Jon Hart thru Sgt. Pepper's in Midland for years and I LOVE the products, service, and people! I was looking for a seasonal color that wasn't currently available but Sgt. Pepper's came through with exactly what I needed in their stock! I'd recommend the products and store to anyone looking for great gifts! They always have what I need.

Fastest shipping i’ve ever received from Jon Hart. Product amazing as always.

While entering my purchase online with Jon Hart Design it requested my credit card or Debit card information. After entering the information the web site stated that a problem with the billing address occurred so I entered the information from a different debit card and the information was excepted. The next day both accounts were charged and the product I purchased cost me double. I have emailed Jon Hart Design on several occasions to attempt to solve the problem but have not received an email or phone call back! I feel the company has taken advantage of a bad situation or has poor customer service personnel. A $30 plus dollar item has now cost me $60 plus dollars. I have purchased items in the past for myself and as gifts. I will no longer be able to recommend Jon Hart Design!
