Jones School Supply Co., Inc.Reviews of jonesawards.com

My school has ordered awards from Jones for many years. At first we ordered a few awards and used other vendors. But, as the years have gone by, more and more of my awards have been from Jones. This year-every award we will give comes from Jones School Supply. The selection is great and I can always count on the customer service department to fill my order quickly and accurately. They contact me if I forget something right away and make sure the order is correct and still delivered in the right amount of time.

The service was very fast, although I had items personalized.

Your company is the most efficient and reasonably priced company I have used. You make ordering easy and the turn around time from the time I order my awards until the time I receive them is amazing! Thank you!

I am an officer for our school's parent teacher organization. I had to order custom printed ribbons and rosettes for our spring talent show. I called in to place my order and the technician was so helpful with everything from amounts to colors, to fonts, and graphic choices. I was also in need of the ribbons due to a time crunch and they arrived right on time! I will definitely use y'all again. Thanks.

School department request for a "time-sensitive" order was delayed and now imperative to process immediately to meet a short-term deadline date. Jones School Supply Company customer service staff quickly found our previous order, updated and supplied a required quote. Once processed by our school, Jones School Supply acted on a faxed purchase order, and within less than one week's time, the order was processed, packaged, and delivered accurately and efficiently well before the due date for the upcoming event. Couldn't have asked for better service and attention to our urgent needs.

Jones School Supply has always been an excellent company to turn to for any award materials. Customer service is always outstanding. Items are always shipped super fast even on personalized items!
