I was disappointed with the outcome
I have ordered from Jones for a few years now. We typically order custom red diploma covers with our name in black across the front in foil. We changed covers to black this time and was never asked about the foil color. We received black on black. The pictures on the web show all schools diploma covers in gold foil and I assumed they would be that way since I was not asked on the phone what color. I typically do re-ordering from the original order placed many years ago and was not aware that I PICK the color of the foil. When I called I was told that it was my choice in foil. It should have been communicated that way because now I have three boxes of diploma covers that I'm not very happy with.

Dear Ms. Evans, I am really sorry you are disappointed with your order but I must say I can’t blame you. The customer does select the foil color and our representatives are usually very good at guiding customers to make a different selection, if they feel the end product is not going to look right. We seemed to have missed the fact that your previous orders had black foil and just changed the cover color on the order without even addressing the foil color with you. I do not imagine that the black foil even shows up on the black folders. We will certainly replace those diploma covers for you. A representative will contact you on Monday to see what color foil you would like on your replacement covers. Best Regards, Yvonne Henry
