Ms. Colburn, We apologize that your art color trophy was broken during shipping. We take pride in our products and services, however some items may be broken during transit. We made an attempt to reach you today to replace the trophy for your student, however due to the holiday, we were not successful. We will ensure that we get a replacement out to you immediately.
