The doctors have been great and the customer service line has been great too. The first two months went smoothly but the last two my monthly questionnaire has never arrived and I had to reach out for it which then caused my medication to be delivered late.

The startup process is good and easy but I have been on the semaglutide program for 1.5 months and have not seen weight loss yet. I plan to try tirzepatide to see if that works better.

Joining weight care was super easy. I wanted to try their Semaglutide program and I was matched with a doctor quickly. I felt like the conversations, questionnaires, and follow up messaging were all super smooth. I also don't understand the scammy reviews - I have had nothing but great customer service and no issues with shipping. The company was always quick to respond when I needed to pause my subscription (I was on a really lose dose of Sema so I occasionally had leftover doses). I have been working with them for about 6 months now and I would recommend WeightCare if your insurance doesn't cover Sema for weight loss like mine.

I have been using weight care products since July and I have lost 28# so far. The doctor answered my questions and are easily reached anytime. He still have about 20 more pounds to lose but I am so glad I have weight care to help.
