I have lost over 20 lbs. I can eat what I want when I want to I just don't eat as much. I have tried ALL the diets. I exercise 5-6 every wk since I have been 16 yo. This is what has worked. The customer service is REAL. You can stop and restart without any issues. Believe me you need to do this
