ReelReviews of joinreel.co

This site is legit and a great way to get an item you’ve been wanting to save for. I love the concept. Some technical tweaks could definitely be made to the site though. I would get emails saying one thing then when I would log into my account it would say another, which was a little annoying/confusing. Also the search engine should have filters so that you don’t have to browse through thousands of products when you’re only interested in one finding one type of thing. Other than some technical small stuff, I love the site and have recommended it to many of my friends!

Had my first buy here with Reel and I was impressed with the quality of the customer service provided. I am started another one soon for sure

The entire concept of Reel is amazing. I most definitely will be making more purchases here. Easy way to get exactly what you want w/o worrying about the cost. You just have to have patience

DO NOT BOTHER!!! PROBABLY A SCAM per my earlier review- I still have not received my refund of over 1300$ from reel. It’s been close to 14 days now and still nothing from them. They claim they sent the deposit already but when I asked for proof, they completely ignored me. I will obviously have to take this one with my bank. Not only have they wasted my time, I could have easily used the money from the bag to purchase same bag for cheaper during cyber Monday! I’m super upset!!!!

I love reel so much. The delivery is amazing. You get product right away. And you are completely in control of the product you wanted. And you get notifications from reel team which makes it more wonderful. Definitely recommend to everybody.

Great concept

I’ve had a horrible experience with this company. Their customer service team is extremely rude and unhelpful, they take a really long time to get back to you and have the worse attitudes. I requested a refund for my merchandise, and I am still waiting for it and I have to pay them 5% to return it back to me. On top of that my item was less than what I had saved, and instead of letting me know or refunding me. They kept the difference and I didn’t find out about it until I returned it. Worse company! Stay away!

Easy to use site got my Armani book bag in no time
