I've only been with Join Polly for about a month now. Dr. Patel answered any questions I had and gave me amazing feedback. Unfortunately, I had to stop taking my injections due to gastrointestinal issues that are not related to the medications. I'm super sad that I had to stop because I did lose ten pound within three weeks, I'm hoping to get my gastro issues taken care of so I can restart again. I contacted support since I signed up for the 6 month supply and had already received my first three months, I wanted to see if I could cancel the next shipment and get a refund. I spoke to Yumi and she was so very helpful, she canceled my last shipment and processed my refund for me. Between the doctor and support, they were fairly quick to answer my questions and help. I highly recommend going through Join Polly for your wellness needs, they are very professional, reasonably priced, don't require insurance, and fairly quick to respond.
