I just wanted to share my experience with Polly. Absolutely POSITIVE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS QUICK TO RESPOND. MEDICAL STAFF AS WELL RESPOND QUICK. THE MEDICATION ARRIVES THE NEXT DAY. I WAS ON ZEPBOUND AND NOT TO THRILLED WITH THE WITH THE ENTIRE PROCESS OF ORDERING THE MEDICATION,TRANSFERRING TO A PHARMACY THEN TO WAIT FOR THE PHARMACY TO ORDER THE MEDICATION. THE COMPOUND TRIZEPITIDE FROM POLLY IMO WORKS BETTER THAN THE ZEPBOUND. VERY SMOOTH TRANSITION. JUST GIVE IT A TRY..YOU WILL LOVE IT.

Great product and Great customer services.

Look up “join piper”, their original name. Clearly just changing a name and pumping it full of fake reviews, nothing has changed about the service or product. Send a message to the doctor? They tell you to talk to support. Send a message to support? Talk to the doctor. Seems super uncoordinated. Not to mention kind of sloppy. I was sent the wrong medication AND wrong dosage. Good thing I caught it because I would have gotten incredibly sick taking the same number of units. Feels like pulling teeth to get answers to simple questions. “You gave me the wrong dose, how much should I take?” shouldn’t be a 48 hour back and forth. Beware of the clearly fake reviews all over this site, if you want to see their real score, just look up their old name. 2 stars because the medication worked, even if it was technically not even the one I was prescribed 😂. I probably wouldn’t even care that much about the mistake if I’d ever actually received decent care / support.

Join Polly while the name escapes me the services are incredible. They are kind and very knowledgeable about what they do. I looked at so many others and JP was the real deal. Their pricing is real and doesn't change. Their doctors and support staff are always attainable. Its as if you're their only patient. I was even able to you my afterpay account which made the cost easier for budget. I could go on for hours... Just trust me and sign up.
