I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Join Piper now Join Polly. I had a virtual screening. Then spoke to a live nurse (it was a quick call but still a live person). My meds arrived timely!! I have used them since Dec. 2025. I have lost 40 lbs. When I reach out to customer service I get a response either right away or by the end of the day. The price is consistent and the GLP-1 is quality. I’m happy and plan to continue using them!!!

This company is absolute trash. Do not waste your money. Do not waste your time. Go with another company. The entire company is run by AI bots they don’t do any complete medical assessment. They don’t respond to your questions. They run you around in circles. It is absolutely frustrating. They don’t get your prescriptions right it’s just a mess.. save yourself time money and your sanity and go with another company.

Love Polly! The customer service is unmatched they answer very quick, the shipping is quick! They make sure you have your next dose before your done with your 4th dose of the month! The doctors are very responsive when you need help. And the prices are great lost -48 pounds thus far on this program love them!

James was amazing in helping reactivate my account and ensure my shipment was sent in because of my error. He even emailed me to ensure I received his email and he was able to fix it all with no hassle or waiting period! Thanks James and I appreciate you so much in helping me get back on track as I continue on my weight loss journey!

I had recently and forgot to change my shipping address. I was notified that my treatment was sent to the pharmacy, I emailed support to see if I could change my address. John from Polly was absolutely incredible in assisting me. He was quick and thorough with the process and confirmed my treatment would be sent to my new address. I cannot express my gratitude for everyone at Polly, especially John.

BUYER BEWARE! I have been with Join Piper (now called Join Polly) since November 2025. Getting responses from a doctor or customer service is not easy. Be ready to wait a while for responses (days). In the time I’ve been with them, they have sent me 2 vials of the WRONG DOSAGE and 2 vials that would EXPIRE before I took them! Some months it felt like the meds worked well, and others felt like I hadn’t taken anything at all. When I left this same review on their Facebook page to warn others, the reviews were DELETED, and I was BLOCKED. I have to wonder if they changed their name because of the bad reviews they had as Join Piper?? There are too many other companies that now sell GLP1 at a decent price to stay with a shady one like this!
