I've been using Polly for a few months now and my tirzepatide order always comes on time and very quickly, about 2 days to be exact. I also have been losing weight consistently so I know the medication is real and effective. Customer service has been a lot faster to respond and resolve any issues or questions you have as of lately as well. When I first joined it was kind of difficult to get responses and answers in a reasonable amount of time, so I'm glad they have fixed that issue! The only complaint I have is communication with your assigned doctor is kind of non existent. You can message them but if feels like you aren't supposed to. The doctor or nurses assistant don't do check-ins to see how things are going or if you need help or to adjust anything with dosing or medication. I do wish that aspect was better. Other than that Polly has been great for me! I will continue to purchase my medication through them and I do trust them.

The medication provided by Polly has helped me maintain my healthy weight for over 6 months. I recently had to reach out to delay my shipment, and I was able to chat with a representative (Kat), and she was very friendly and efficient at getting me what I needed.

I ordered two 6-month supplies of terzepitide through them, and they never got my account or my treatment plan set up properly. You can’t speak to anyone by telephone. When I contacted them online to try to fix it, I would get two or three people answering via text and two or three different contacts via email. Communication was terrible. It’s been a very frustrating experience. After a year, I’ve only lost 20 pounds, so it makes me wonder about the quality of the compounding medication, which was legitimately cheaper than most companies offering it. There was basically no customer service as far as I’m concerned, because I never truly got medical advice and never had an established treatment plan that I could view through their portal.

Everytime I have had to contact polly, it has been a positive experience. Quick response time and satisfactory answers to all my questions. In a world where customer service has fallen by the wayside, polly is a rare gem. Thank you James for your help today.
