Papa Pal has use the tactic of Retaliation against me . Bec I experienced unlawful discrimination and harassment. I was engaged in a protected workplace activity. On May 23, 2023 With a Member . I reported inappropriate behavior of the member and the incident immediately to Papa Pal over the Phone , and Chat , as well as emails and messages .Papa Pal the employer took an adverse action against me. in response and Sent me disturbing Emails with Violations that are unfounded and inaccurate . Papa pal is refusing to fix the problem . I asked for payment for vist and Papa Pal Retaliated against me for asking for Payment and Reporting inappropriate behavior of a Member .. Papa Pal has sent me two Violations Since then. #1 specifically having a pattern of low member surveys. May 24, 2023 #2 specifically not showing up to a visit. May 25, 2023 I'm asking the Company Papa Pal to remove these violations immediately. Papapal never apologized regarding this. If the retaliation continues I will contact the Labor Board. I am a case manager social services, you name it I do it 5 days a week. You would think Papa Pals would be the last kind of side gig I would want 🤭but it has been so rewarding! The only downside is I have accepted very short visits too long a distance. Then they want me as their first choice when they call. How do I say no 😞? As a case manager, I have been referring my own clients to Papa. Sadly return wait calls very long only to find out the Medicaid/Medicare insurance provider doesn't offer this amazing service. I'm hoping the imitator competition doesn't fill in the Papa gaps. Because I love ❤️ ❤️❤️Papa Pals. Happy Pal since Jan. 2023

This company is atrocious! I have been with them for 15 months. In the beginning, it was ok. It has progressively gone from ok to questionable to bad then worse and now SHOCKING!!!!!! I didn't think it could get any worse, however, just when I thought it was at "no coming back from this" status, it proved me wrong. Sorry but because I'm currently still with this circus, I can't be 100% truthful. Today I was requested by a member and my call was given to someone else without mine or the members permission. Please understand, this is my livelihood and at every turn, someone is screwing me over. BEWARE YA'LL!!

I really enjoy the flexability of the scheduling. The members that I helped so far have been pleasant and grateful for my help. I do find it a bit frustrating being unable to talk to someone from Papa. I'm still figuring out all the online aspects.

on February 28th 2023 My account was mysteriously suspended without even a phone call or email. I was told I was suspended and under investigation. I have since made several phone calls and emails and told about tickets that were made. It is over 2 months and I have heard nothing. They are now telling EX preferred pals that I am under investigation which is a confidentially issue and defamatory. I need answers!! I did nothing wrong or inappropriate. Went above and beyond for this company. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
