Hi! All of the tasks are posted in their Papa Pal app and each pal has the ability to accept what they would like to do depending on their preferences and have the ability to contact the member beforehand to get a better understanding of the request.

Anne, we are very sorry for this experience and when we explained this last there were several factors that led to this poor experience. We have a 24 hour guarantee that guarantees visits scheduled outside of 24 hours and you scheduled your visit with your mother after 2pm for a 10:10am pickup. We would love to re-instill some trust into us and our service and would love to offer your a free visit should you be willing to take advantage of this offer.
