I called in because I was having issues with billing and my plans. The agent was trying to explain how to access the information and follow along as he went through everything. He was patient with me as I made it inside and pulled out my laptop. I also explained my issues and he wanted to understand, so he had my take a screenshot of what I was seeing and send it over. Then he reached out to the teams he needed to for resolution. Although I ended the call without the problem being handled, I do feel he did everything he could do and explained to me what the next steps would be. The way I started the phone call was not the way it ended. I didn’t hang up feeling frustrated.

Billing issues are stressful, and while we know it wasn't fully resolved on that first call, we're so glad our agent's patience and transparency made a real difference in how you felt walking away. That's exactly the kind of care we strive for every single time. Thank you for being the best part of Homebase 💜
