I switched to Heard this year and have been pleased with the attention to detail and quick responses-often within hours. Heard replaces the need for separate bookkeeping and tax professionals, and it is reasonably priced.

Since I have signed up for HEARD, it has always been a pleasant experience. I have a lot of appreciation for the resources, guidance and the accessibility the different members of HEARD have provided. The platform is easy to navigate and any time I have a question about taxes, billing, etc someone always answers within 24-48 hours.

Heard has helped me streamline my bookkeeping and accounting. I was a little nervous that I wouldn't be able to get all of my questions answered but I've been so pleased with how responsive and thorough Heard's customer service has been. I highly recommend them!

Michael and the entire Heard team are nothing short of amazing! I am so impressed with the support the whole team provides; from the podcasts and webinars to the actual bookkeeping and tax services, Heard is there to support therapists. They are very responsive to questions and if they don’t know the answer, they take the initiative to forward your question to the right people. Joe, my bookkeeper had my books caught up within 2 days; even among the many questions I asked during this process, he responded professionally without displaying any annoyance. I am so relieved I made the decision to turn this side of my business over to Heard!!

I am really thankful to have a service like Heard. When I started my private practice I thought "I have a PhD, I could do all my own accounting." After a few months I realized I was NOT an accountant or bookkeeper. I found Heard and my life is so much better. I like that Heard focuses on accounting for therapists in private practice. They know more about the typical expenses that can be deducted. I love the reminders I receive for monthly reviews, tax estimates and so much more. And the most important is that their communication with me is phenomenal. Every time I leave a message in the portal it is answered very quickly. The bookkeeper has been very patient with me. I highly recommend using Heard. It saves me time so I can focus on providing the best standard of care for my patients.

Heard has been heaven sent! I have been with them for 4 years now and I am truly grateful for it. Andrew and the staff are very attentive and authentically aligned to their mission. They are always willing to offer support as needed and although they have expanded much in the past few years, their customer care remains a priority. Heard truly cares about offering therapists the financial guidance, clarity & resolutions we all very much need.

I have been with Heard since the end of 2021. I have seen some staff changes and other growing pains; however, communication has always been prompt. I love their monthly reports and the ability to look back on uploads from prior months.
