The team at Heard is always so wonderful, no matter what department I’m working with. Everyone is so responsive & helpful; if they can’t answer my question they’ll reach out & find the answer to make sure they’re giving me the right one! Definitely recommend them to everyone!

I appreciate and enjoy having the bookkeeping and accounting to keep me accountable, informed, and equipped. Not to mention the many different information given regarding private practice, management, and growth. I just opened my private practice in October 2025 and it really does help me focus on my client but not worry about my bookkeeping and finances.

Very responsive crew, helpful and really knowledgeable in ways that my previous tax accountant services was not. I really have enjoyed working with them and growing my own knowledge around my practice's finances and future goals.

So far heard has provided me with the structure and tools I needed to feel secure, supported and at ease in so many ways. Highly recommend to anyone starting their own private practice

I appreciate that my questions are answered quickly. In addition, the conversation is continued until I have an answer that I understand for my specific situation. Also, the resources available allow me to learn on my own, continuing in my growth as a business owner.

If you are a therapist looking for a full accounting solution that understands counseling practices needs, then check out Heard.

Heard is very responsive and was ready to help walk me through the diffucult parts if the onboarding process.

They are responsive and software is really user friendly. I was doing things mostly on my own and then had a book keeper. Heard has been the best and relieved a lot of stress.
