My accountant has been so wonderfully helpful! The team typically responds in a timely manner and they've been so helpful in breaking things down in a way that helps me understand and feel more competent when it comes to running my business.

I've been with Heard for a few years and I have been so happy with all their resources and support for the accounting/bookkeeping they've given to me and my private practice. A year ago I was able to finally hire an office manager and was able to redirect my time to providing excellent client care without worrying about my business finances. I see myself in a looong relationship with Heard and I highly recommend them.

I've loved Heard since the beginning. They make taxes easy for therapists who want a hands off approach but also may have lots of questions needing answers regarding taxes. My favorite thing is they categorize transactions for you and they are SO prompt at giving reports after every month ends. Highly recommend this company to therapists wanting to make taxes easier on them.

HEARD does a great job at prioritizing making quick responses to questions asked, which encourages their customers to reach out knowing they'll receive a response within a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Heard is a lifesaver. Being a therapist in private practice is hard and there are so. many. things. we just don't know that we don't know when we first start out. And then if anyone's like me, things get put off because they are unclear or complicated to do, and client care always wins out as top priority. (Cue procrastination stress.) I have been extremely impressed with Heard's comprehensive offering when it comes to all the financial stuff that really gives me a lot of heartburn. Everything has been made to be pretty simple and not overwhelming. And I'm actually saving A LOT of money compared to paying an accountant to do my bookkeeping and taxes. The fact that I am connected with actual humans who are experts in this stuff is also reassuring. Total bonus, Heard's newsletter, The Ledger, is my favorite newsletter. Super well written with actionable information that is easy to understand. I have learned a lot about finances and taxes and I look forward to getting it in my inbox.

Heard makes everything simple when it comes to tracking my finances, and I love that I can manage my books and file my taxes all from one place. Their communication has always been quick, and I appreciate their blog posts that help to clarify topics such as business expenses as well as motivate private practitioners to take care of themselves.

Heard team (accountant, bookkeeper and tax lead) are responsive answering my financial and tax questions. It really helps me to focus on others areas of my business while they handle that side. One of the best decision I made for private practice!

I took a risk and started my private practice in 2022. After fumbling through my own bookkeeping for a few months and not knowing how my taxes would work with my new business, I decided to join Heard. I know that I can rely on my team at Heard to answer my questions, make sure I’m on track with bookkeeping and payments, and make sure I know how to maximize my options for business finances. Meetings have been low stress and I look forward to my check ins! I have recommended Heard to other therapists. It’s worth a consultation call!
