I am so grateful that I signed up for Heard and was paired with Phiona Swanson as my Lead Accountant. Phiona consistently goes above and beyond to help ensure that her clients have a smooth and clear experience with Heard. I feel that I can trust her and count on her to guide me through business transitions (like incorporation), understanding profit & loss, and preparing for tax season. She is always warm and makes me feel less intimidated/overwhelmed by the process of managing my business finances.

Each time I have a question, someone from the team is responsive, addressing my direct question. Communication has been clear and kind since joining heard.

Heard has taken bookkeeping completely off my plate! With monthly reminders to upload bank statements, quarterly tax planning help and being able to quickly find information about all my business expenses and revenue Heard is like having my own personal CFO! With Heard I am able to spend my time doing what I do best, working with my clients, instead of stressing over my financials.

Heard provides a fundamental service for therapists. When you go to therapy school, no one tells you about Business practices or how to manage your finances. Heard is a magical group of humans, so responsive and helpful and it is AMAZING to go to sleep every night, knowing that I am covered in terms of bookkeeping and taxes. The platform is easy to navigate and I have learned so much about the profit/loss structure and how to more effectively run my business with all the reports they provide!

Miz was attentive to my questions and concerns, took the time to answer them and provide me with education and reassurance, and even gave me extra time to address additional concerns that I had that weren't listed on the original list of items to discuss. Overall, I feel quite supported and in great hands with Miz and the Heard team! They go above and beyond and make you feel valued as a customer. Highly recommended:)

I've had a wonderful experience with Heard so far. My accountant, Miz, has been thorough, professional, and relatable. He's clearly knowledgeable and ensures that I if I have questions that I understand the answers. I enjoy his sense of humor, it makes him relatable. My Tax Preparer, Melina, is thoughtful, compassionate and truly knows her stuff. She went above and beyond to help me!
