Heard has gotten my practice back on track. I'm a good clinician, but admittedly, not a very skilled business person. When I joined Heard, my finances were a mess and I was considering abandoning private practice and returning to an agency. Now, after just a few months, I have turned things around and am now growing my business. Joining Heard was one of the smartest decisions I've made.

I started my private practice last year and without Heard I would not feel as financially prepared as I feel now. The blog posts have been helpful and the layout of their dashboard has been great. It is user friendly and I enjoy the graphs. Staff is quick in answering any bookeeping or tax questions. The allocation guide and monthly reports have been extremely helpful!

Heard takes away the headache of bookkeeping and taxes for therapists. Their assistance allows for me to use my time with clients, allowing my business to flourish. For reference, I spend less than an hour per month on bookkeeping, taxes, budgeting, etc. since using Heard. I have referred Heard to all my colleagues needing accounting services.

I recently signed up with Heard and attended an onboarding session. I was impressed that it was lead by a therapist! He spoke in plain language; you didn't have to be an accountant or IT person to understand. I have been trying to keep my books with Quickbooks, but have been frustrated and confused. I am excited to get my books in order with Heard so I can focus on being a therapist.
