I have used these companies before and this is by far the scammiest. My medication arrived in an envelope with no ice packs and had been in transit for 5 days from Texas. The medication was hot to the touch and when I reached out to Fridays they said they were going to replace the medication and that it should be thrown away. I received the replacement and it was the exact same way. Now they’re ghosting me and I signed up for 12 months of this medication and I can’t get anyone to answer me. I’ll have American Express handle it since they won’t. Total scam, beware.

I was Fridays biggest fan when I started my journey. I felt like I was truly getting so much out of being with them, and I had my mom join them too. Over the past 6 months things have gone downhill. Fridays used to have the best customer service, but as you can see by the reviews lately, that’s no longer the case. The providers I’ve seen recently have rushed me through our call and I’m lucky if they spend 2 minutes with me. It’s sad to watch companies grow rapidly and then crumble. I have recently switched to a different company, which was hard to do, but I can no longer support a company that doesn’t practice what they preach.

This is my second month with Fridays and the amount jumped from $195 to $359. The first month I tried semiglutide and it did nothing the second month I ordered tirazepitide. I thought I would be paying $239 I was never told I would be paying $359. I have also heard this company does water down the meds and I believe it because both meds are doing nothing for me. Please before you sign up with them and give them your account number read the very small print. This is way too much for these meds you can get for less. I tried to talk with them but they were no help. I’m so sorry I started with Fridays..Also, when I did my zoom talk and spoke with the Rep they said tirazepitide is more expensive then semiglutide but never gave me an actual price. I would have asked but I saw $239 on the website not $359. I honestly would have never ordered for that much. I feel like I’ve been taken by them.

The way you are automatically are charged for new meds but don't receive them is wrong. This program automatically enrolls you monthly even if you don't need the meds monthly. For instance, if you are strertching your meds out at a maintenance phase, you will be billed every 30 days whether you need the meds or not. If you stay away over a month, they start you all over at a new med scrip. So you will be billed monthly whether you need the neds or not. You can not remove your credit card from your portal. The only way to stop the billing is to cancel your subscription. But if you start up again, you start at a beginners med dose. Also, I was charged twice after cancelling my account and it was a mess trying to get that corrected. They did correct and refund me from those 2 incidents. But it was a hassle.

It’s really concerning that I have asked about a medication that I’d been taking and no one for days, almost a week now, can provide me with the ingredients of my prescribed medication. Terrible customer service and forget about getting answers if you experience an allergic reaction.

I have had a great experience since I started in December, any issue I have had with ordering had been resolved quickly and has been communicated to me. I have never felt better and I have zero side effects and have hit my goal and have maintained it. My GI Dr was so happy to hear how good I have felt on the GLP-1 and gave his blessing .

Do not pay for anything in advance once you do the service and product is useless.
