This was the worst company ever
This was the worst company ever. I have used this product before with my doctor. I had great results they give you the weakest amount they drag you out when you tell them you’re not happy and you’re done with their service. They still renew your service and take your money and tell you you did not cancel when you did over the phone and they don’t give you a place to cancel. They just want you to take your money and so they can steal your money and not give you a service even though you’ve canceled a whole month ahead of time beware beware very shady people if they’re supposed to be cancellation that should be the very easy thing to find not make it where you have to message for it to be canceled when you tell a doctor twice that should be more than enough and you tell them you’re going back to your old doctor call him and they say oh sorry we can’t we don’t do refunds. They don’t document nothing. They think if they don’t document it then it’s OK then they can get by with their shady mess and they’re fraud.
