Friday's is excellent! They are very prompt on all ends. On my first day with Friday's my prior auth was sent and approved for Zepbound, my medications shipped directly to me, and I had a seamless telehealth visit with my provider. I really like that there is a compound option as well. I've had to use this option with the Zepbound shortage in my area. One of the founders is very active on social media and I really appreciate that as well. It's so nice to be able to interact with him, it gives the company family vibes. I cannot recommend Friday's enough.

The meeting with my provider went smoothly. She was on time and kept the appointment within the time frame. The provider wanted proof of what dose I was on. Had to send a picture. Provider wanted me to get labs using quest diagnostics. I don’t have access to quest diagnostics within 280 miles. I was able to get my local provider to submit orders for labs. Some people may find this challenging if they don’t have access to quest. I know that labs are vital.

I have just joined and everyone has made the experience so easy. I have been trying to get help for quite a while and then Fridays came along. It's such a blessing.

After my first appointment everything happened so quickly. My PA for my insurance was submitted the next day. My insurance approved the PA in less than a week. It’s very easy to schedule my follow up appointment. Forms are easy to complete. Communication is always quick. The Join Fridays team is great!

It feels personalized. I like how the coaches have all had experienced what we’re going through. Keep up the good work!
