Terrible Start

I just Joined Fridays after a terrible experience with anther Telehealth provider and so far it's not looking good. Fridays is relatively new and are building up their patient portal soI understand that things can get a little glitchy. What brought it down to 2 stars is that my initial intake appointment was scheduled and the provider did not show up. I waited 20 minutes ( the scheduled duration of the appointment) and then called the help line only to be told there were no notes left by the provider as to why they didn't show up so now I would have to reschedule. The next appointment wasn't for another week! I don't understand why I couldn't be seen right then and there by a provider. If this happened in a doctors office I would be seen by the next available provider, not told to reschedule for a week later after wasting my time. Also, I received an email verifying my new appointment only to find out it is the same provider that ghosted me this time ( they didn't tell me the providers name when rescheduling). I hope things get better moving forward but I am extremely disappointed so far.
