Great experience with decent results
Things have been pretty easy as far as communication. The only thing that I was confused on in the beginning is ordering the medication, since I didn't realize it was a different company.

Fridays is awesome!
My consult was very helpful and the lady I spoke with was very professional, understanding and kind. My medication is always delivered in a timely manner (I’m an anxious person so having the meds show up reliably is greatly appreciated). I have nothing negative to say about Fridays.

Process steps not clearly defined
Process steps not clearly defined, website is clunky and not always user friendly. I was able to set up video consult by the next day. Received an email within 15 minutes of the consult that the scrip had been approved and request made. Checked back all that day, following day (Sunday) and early Monday waiting on notification for invoice. It arrived 10/7 at 9:23A but I didn’t see it until following day. Paid and received notice that it would be shipped. It is being sent USPS and will arrive Saturday by 9pm. I am out of town Sat thru Monday so called but they advised me to contact USPS. Not looking forward to starting the whole process over since I won’t be able to use the meds after sitting outside for several days.

Takes too long to get prescriptions…
Takes too long to get prescriptions filled. Site states a couple days but it’s been approximately seven days the last couple times. Once it’s approved and sent to the pharmacy the process is speedy. Also, takes too long to get responses on questions on messages sent. Especially considering you are paying a monthly fee for service.
