Well I guess I’m in good company with how I feel about this company they are great in the beginning (the first few months) then once they have your money (and you cant cancel) they show their “real” side…. It feels like a scam , I can’t get ahold of anyone that can tell me when my meds will be shipped and I have been out for over a week. And I can’t get an increase in dosage either … according yo them it’s NOT available???? Really???? Give me a break ! The customer service… it’s beyond bad it’s non existent… I ask 3 questions and got the same answer… your membership expires in February and will not be renewed! Ummmmm that’s not what I asked WHERE IS MY MEDICATION????? When will it be shipped???? And why is it delayed!!!!! Go somewhere else….. not worth the frustration and stress

Horrible customer service. You pay for a 12 month subscription and you're supposed to get your medicine monthly. They are weeks behind on shipping even though I reorder approximately one month ago. They don't reach out to say there is a service delay, you have to and then they give you the we're sorry, it's a supply chain issue. When asked for a refund, they state sorry you signed the fine print that says medication delays are normal and part of our business model. Go to Hims or a different supplier and save yourself the headache.

Was not satisfied with the product when asked for a refund was told it's not an option no satisfaction guarantee ripoff for that kind of money. Having the product tested by local health department and BBB.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I truly feel like I have been stolen from. Every single shipment is either late & even one was not delivered, which they took no accountability for. Every inquiry goes through an AI that is unhelpful until a rep tells you the same copy/paste unhelpful response. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Do not fall for the discounts, do not give them your money. Do not fall for whatever copy/paste response they put here either. I promise they will not ‘make it right.’

I absolutely LOVE my experience Fridays gives me. Have been on my dose since January and it has made a difference in my life, not only in my size but the perfect balance of freedom of not being tied down to my food noise and support with providers. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to everyone!

I canceled my subscription for this month and they still get to keep my money. I will not receive services of any kind for this month due to my cancellation and they will not return my money. When I contacted support they were of no help and maintain that they can keep $350.00 because I didn’t cancel in time and I will receive no medications or services either. They literally stole my money. If you are reading this DO NOT use their services, there are much better alternatives out there that don’t cost as much and have business model that doesn’t rely on snatching hundreds of dollars from people before the month is up and they get a chance to cancel.

I had several big issues with Fridays. Tried to contact them, issues were never resolved. I left a review here and they went above and beyond to make it right. Now I regret leaving, but because it is medication I cannot simply switch back. I would highly recommend Fridays as I believe my issue was isolated. Thank You.
