TLDR: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! It is a SCAM and you will NOT receive your medication! I signed up for Fridays GLP-1 micro dose program on 6/7/25 and had my initial visit with my prescriber on 6/11/25. On 6/17 I contacted their customer service via messaging to inquire about the shipping status of my medication, as it was not showing as ordered/shipped on my account. I was told it was ordered on 6/11 and that it would be delivered within 7 business days. On the eighth day I inquired again and was told to be patient. In 6/24 I messaged again saying I had still not received my medication and my account did not show that it was ordered or shipped. Fridays responded that there was an issue with the type of medication ordered (pill versus injectable) and asked me which I preferred. On 6/27 Fridays advised they had sent a “ticket” to the new prescriber and I asked for my complaint to be escalated to management as no one could tell me when I would receive my medication. On 6/30 Fridays told me that I would receive an email confirmation once the medication had been prescribed and a manager would call me. Today, 7/1, I received another email asking whether I preferred injectable or oral mediation. I did not receive a confirmation email that my medication had been prescribed. I called customer service and once again asked to be escalated to management. The customer service agent said my concern had been reported to management and I would receive a call within an hour. I never received a call. I don’t think Fridays intends to send me any medication at this point, or contact me for follow ups. Definitely a scam.

Beware of this company. I ordered and paid for medicine and it arrived hot in 117 degree weather, 10 days ago, I have called repeatedly and messaged them for new medicine or a refund and they WILL NOT return my call, help me, send new medicine or refund my money. Go somewhere else, trust me!!!

Very nice and professional

I have been with Fridays for a few months and in the beginning, there were a couple errors, but it was not their fault. It was something that happened on my end and so once that was fixed, the experience was amazing.. Each video appointment goes very smoothly and they answer all questions that I have, which is great. I have been nothing but satisfied and had good Results with the Tirzepatide !

While the medication works. The experience with this company has been terrible. Messaging gives you generic answers without addressing the real problem. They charged my credit card 699.00 and said it was a computer error. I’ve yet to receive my refund. I keep getting the response “ refund has been issued “ yet no credit on my card?? I have a feeling that every department is a separate identity which means no one knows what is really going on.

Very satisfied

Today I had my first video consultation and I was nervous going into it but I left the consultation feeling at ease and excited to start the process. Thank you for making it easy and pleasant.

I missed my 8 am appointment and they were able to get me in at 10am. I’m a little disappointed I’ll be starting at 5units, which seems very low. But I’ll do my best with diet and exercise to help. Because my second month is expensive for me. Very professional, friendly staff. They also sent me various helpful access to groups and exercise.
