I really appreciate my doctor and how he listens to me and we work together to get the best results! Dr Jensen is fabulous and really cares and I am glad I am working with him. Also, they will take care of my PA. I do not have to worry about the paperwork. There are also so many counselors to see and classes to be a part of to guide you through your journey. I am very glad I did not do this on my own.

This company has helped me in so many ways that I thought never was even possible when I have practically begged my Dr to help me. My insurance would always turn me down when I found Fridays. I had lost all Hope and courage to even get started, but I’ve been on this journey since January Struggling by myself, but then Fridays has been there for the past few months and has kicked me right in the butt and has made me motivate and get me where I needed to be. There’s times I still struggle to even lose a pound or two but I know that I’ve got a team of great clinical Workers that are there if I need them you guys are so amazing and thank you for the great work you guys have done. I cannot wait to see the outcome at the end of my journey and see where this takes me because I’m so looking forward to the new me and get that word obesity off my medical charts thank you so very much.

They deliberately mislead what they are providing, offer 85% dosage that is less than the compared commercially available amounts, their pharmacies and additives constantly change, and from 5/3/2025 to 6/26/2025 i reached out 10 separate times attempting to reach out to someone to understand the intentionally clandestine chemical makeup of the tirzeptide product (oh, its also billed every 28 days, not even 1x a month.) Nobody ever reached out. Then, 6/26 i had a severe reaction to the medication. the ER needed to know exactly what i took- again, the representative danced around the answer and was asking me to spell my email to verify me, which was literally just my name that i had spelled seconds previously, as i told her i was on the way to ER for difficulty breathing, a closing throat, and gel-like saliva. This was appalling- I never even got the answer. After i was treated, i reached out again- this time stating i will be getting lawyers involved. ONLY then did they have a provider reach out to me... which was a freshly hired trainee that i could hear was being instructed about the dosing by a nurse also on the phone call... that was not disclosed to me about her being on the call until i literally said i can hear you. and demanded info about the chemical makeup of the tirzeptide. they said "i can have another provider reach out to you about it" ??? this was supposed to be the nurse themselves... and once i stated i had terminated my membership a week prior because of all this crap, they completely lost interest and stated theyd no longer continue the call. ONLY a shady, unethical, "nurse" would work here. This entire service is extremely scammy, harasses you with marketing calls and texts and upsold "coaching"- and the tirzeptide they offer is next to useless compared to the zepbound i was on previously, not to mention THERE IS NOTHING MEDICAL ABOUT THIS SERVICE. Stay away!!!!
