Fridays recently switched to an automatic refill process which customers like me have no control over when to get meds. It’s been over a month since my last shipment and the Fridays is not releasing / shipping my meds to me, citing its out of their control. They were better before but now i have to switch to another provider that is cheaper, and most importantly, will actually ship meds to me on time. I have contacted CS multiple times and was informed "there is nothing they can do about it because it is now on the pharmacy".
