Just cancelled after 6 months. Getting milked and minimal increases. No reason not to be on the max dose after 6 months of no issues. Buyer beware...they say it's a 3 month plan but it's not. Your renewel is conveniently a week less/short and they will not ship in the last few days of your plan. 84 days vs 90 days or 3 calendar months. They have a Prime days renewal special for 99 bucks a month plus 50 bucks off, but when you try to advantage of the deal, it back up to 232 bucks a month. No thanks.

The customer service team has been great so far, my shipment came so quickly (actually had to have someone grab my package for me because it came while I was away and came sooner than expected!) newer to the journey and excited to continue seeing how far it takes me after all these years of struggling on my own.

I signed up with Fridays for three months to give it a try - I lost weight and was pleased. At the end of the three months I found another company that was a little bit cheaper so I went with them - big mistake. HUGE! My last shipment of meds from the other company arrived steaming hot - the "dry ice" was melted and I was scared to use it. I called them to request a return and a new shipment and they argued with me that it was safe to take. Even though it was hot to the touch, box in direct sunlight all day while I was at work - and the shipping emails about when to expect it kept changing. I felt unheard, uncared for and basically an invoice to be paid. I have about 8 weeks left of meds from this company and can't wait for it to end so that I can go back to Fridays! Their customer service was top notch. It seemed genuine and real, and encouraging. Much unlike the other place who seems like a robot - AI maybe? Looking forward to continuing my journey again with Fridays.
