I have asked repeatedly to try new medications, and no one has responded or reached out.

Have been with the Found program for several months. Have lost more weight than I expected. I appreciate the support for the doctors and coaches as well as the Community (others using Found). I like they don’t promise a magic bullet but realistic approaches to lifestyle changes.

The meds clearly help with cravings and hunger, but the community I think, is the best to keep you in check. The coaches teach you valuable lessons that seem so common sensible, but I never thought of! Discovering the differences between hunger and boredom made it so much easier to handle the ‘mind’ part. Mindful eating was the biggest change I made and I will continue this throughout my life! Taking a step back and seeing your habits and adjusting them is so important and the coaches and community help so so much! I am so glad I found Found!! Down over 60 pounds and I am so happy that it worked for me! You have to put in the work though, there is no magic fix…you have to commit to it and do it!! You will be so glad you did!!

I joined Found 1 month ago. After completing the assessment, only 2 medications were appropriate therapies: Metformin and Naltrexone. Both were ineffective for me. I reached out via email to express that I’d like to cancel and receive a refund for the second month as I have not received a response from the provider in several days. They explained that I would not be refunded the $119 but also charged $129 for early cancellation. I informed them that I was not aware of the terms and why should I pay for a service when the provider hasn’t responded. I just needed feedback based on the side effects I was having. The same day, I received a response from the provider stating that there were no alternative treatments. Within hours my membership was canceled and I was charged an early termination fee despite the provider determining their wasn’t anything additional to provide. I responded to the emails multiple times saying that I didn’t confirm cancellation and provided screenshots from the provider. They only repeated that a fee had been assessed. There is no phone number to call or anything. I have began posting my experience on social media to hopefully warn others against these types of practices. Best of luck to everyone!

I have been on this program since November 2022 and have had an excellent experience with Found. My healthcare provider is always available to answer questions and offer suggestions. The online community is another source of support in my weight loss journey. If you require a program that holds your hand and tells you what to do, this may not be the for you.

Found is the first successful weight loss program I have ever tried. The medication was a great kickstart for weight loss then the coaching helped me make lifestyle changes. The medical providers are supportive and helpful. The coaching has been invaluable in guiding me. I have been with Found two years and lost over 100 pounds.

The doctor I’ve worked with for a few months has been very helpful. He listens and answers all my questions promptly. The medication has worked for the most part. Unfortunately the cost is pretty high, which is really the only downside. I do enjoy the convenience of ordering meds online and having them delivered.
