Non existent communication and very hard to come by customer service. Once you get ahold of them and need any assistance all of a sudden Embody is merely a facilitator of the drug and the physician, pharmacy and shipping are all done by rogue forces outside of their control. Took the physician almost a week to look at my account, then against my wishes sent my order to be fulfilled. Now I wait for it to be delivered while I’m on vacation and boil in the heat because it takes over 3 weeks apparently to onboard with this garbage company. I’d give zero stars if possible.

The delivery time was good. After my initial enrollment I didn’t hear anything for 3 days and then only after 3 emails. Other than that, so so good.

It was very easy to enroll and get started with this program. Customer service and support has been an easy process. This program is affordable without any hidden costs. Delivery service was prompt and timely.

I received my approval almost immediately and my prescription arrived promptly with detailed instructions .

So far so good. I have not used product yet due to other source of medicine on hand.

Customer service is great, this is much closer to micro dosing rather than tiering up. That’s certainly not explained or advertised until you get your units in the mail and dosage.
