Pricing, helpful tips, quick response to email concerns was fantastic. The delivery time not so much. Was suppose to get next day air delivery, did not get it that way. Was sent ground travel, during a heatwave from TX to MI. It took 4 days to reach me, the ice pack was luke warm by the time it reached me. Causing me concern of the potency and safety of the medicine. Messaged with my concerns, received prompt reply.

The process was easy and arrived quickly. Support team had also been responsive and helpful.

I’m just taking my second dose so I really can’t give a total experience as far as weight loss but I do feel less bloated and my inflammation feels better. I also wish customer service was a little bit better. I mean they’re good. I receive stuff in my email and everything but sometimes it’s good just to be able to get more information cause this is my first time doing it. Anyway, I do look forward to the coming weeks, and coming months ahead I do feel very hopeful, and I am very pleased for the most part. Their price is excellent and the directions that came with it were very helpful.
